PLC-SCADA Automation for Water Supply Scheme & STP
We specialize in providing field instrumentation and PLC-SCADA-based automation solutions for Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). Our services encompass monitoring and control of various parameters, including level, pressure, inlet/outlet cumulative flow, open channel flow, water quality parameters (pH, turbidity, residual chlorine), and electrical parameters (voltage, current, PF). We ensure efficient management of pump and actuator systems across Raw Water Pump Houses, WTPs, Filter Beds, and Pure Water Pump Houses. Additionally, our expertise extends to reservoir level monitoring with wireless connectivity, optional valve control, PLC and SCADA software development, scheme monitoring, maintenance, and the setup and upkeep of water testing laboratory instruments. We offer similar automation solutions for Sewage Treatment Plants, including SBR and MBBR technologies, along with flowmeter calibration services.

Mr Atul M Bhaiyya is the Managing Director of Sharp Control Equipments Pvt Ltd, where he brings visionary leadership and a wealth of experience to the helm of the company.
With a career spanning 29 years, Mr. Atul's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Nagpur University and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.
His professional career took off at Industrial Boilers Ltd, Mumbai (1993-94) and further developed at Toshbro Ltd, Mumbai (1994-1999), where he gained valuable industry expertise. Then, he embarked on his entrepreneurial path, becoming the Promoter and Director of Sharp Control Equipments Pvt Ltd.
Under his dynamic leadership, the company has excelled in providing cutting-edge solutions across sectors such as Cement Plants, Power Plants, Steel Plants, Mining, Textile and Polyester Industries, Food and beverages, Sugar and distillery, Pharmaceutical, Defence and engineering, Water supply schemes, Sewerage treatment plant and Irrigation department.
His extensive expertise encompasses Complete Solutions in Process Automation and Instrumentation which include Process Instrumentation, Industrial Safety Solutions,
Environmental monitoring, Material Science Instrumentation and PLC-SCADA Automation for Water Supply Scheme & STP.
His global outlook is demonstrated through his participation in business delegations and events in countries like Germany, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Mr Atul has also visited manufacturing plants of renowned companies in Europe.
Apart from his professional pursuits, Atul actively engages in social and industry associations, including Rotary Club, Vidharbha Industries Association among others.
He is dedicated to education as a Director of Nevjabai Hitkarini Education Society Bramhapuri Dist Chandrapur, which hosts 10000 plus students and serves as an expert member for student guidance in Government Polytechnic, Nagpur.
Atul is a follower of Vipassana Meditation and draws inspiration from the teachings of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj. In his leisure time, he enjoys singing, reading, and exploring new destinations.
